 Keynote Speeches and Presentations

 Executive Coaching
These involve in-depth, confidential, coaching relationship with individual executives. The objectives are to help healthy executives become even more effective through self-awareness, personal goal setting, and ongoing dialogue and feedback.  Clients have found this an exceptionally helpful process for clarifying goals, understanding others’ perceptions and perspectives, and taking appropriate action.

 Transition Workshops
These are jointly developed with organizational clients based on the ideas and models of found in Healing the Wounds and Breaking Free. These interactive workshops have helped a great many organizations of all varieties regain productivity and creativity after mergers, restructuring, or downsizing.Team Coaching and Development
The objectives are to help management teams develop and sustain the culture, norms, and strategy to productively lead organizations through change and transition.  Much more than a typical “team building” activity, these sessions provide team coaching, goal monitoring, and individual leadership development.  

 Coaching Skill Building Workshops
These worships help managers develop the coaching and helping skills necessary to lead employees through uncertainty, stress, and transitions.  They are highly interactive, utilize the triangle coaching model found in David’s Coaching Behaviors Inventory, and equip managers to have the ability to situationally move from a controlling to a helping relationship.  Clients have also found the skills acquired in these sessions exceptionally helpful in relationships outside the formal work place as well as on the job.
